When the cupboard is bare – can you help?

ABC Community Care is again collecting groceries to help stock the pantries of local families doing it tough this winter. We work with Camcare, at 4 Y Street, where staff report increased levels of need.

You can help by buying basic items such as cooking oil, coffee, long-life milk, teabags, breakfast cereals, jam/honey/spreads, canned meals [please no baked beans or spaghetti], soup, canned fish, canned vegetables, rice, pasta, pasta sauce, canned fruit. 

We plan to deliver the groceries this Sunday 17 August.
