Fancy a walk?

The next ABC Walking Group event will be on Sat 16th August. This 10km walk commences in the Warringal Parklands in Heidelberg. We’ll start walking on the Main Yarra trail before following the Plenty River trail up and over the Viewbank farmlands, enjoying the 360o views, before descending to the wattle-lined banks of the river. The picturesque trail meanders beside the river, over several bridges, before arriving in Montmorency. After a quick lunch in a local café, we’ll return to Heidelberg by train.

We’ll meet in the Marquis St carpark at 9am for the drive to Heidelberg. Bring your MYKI card and a snack to eat along the way. We should be back in Ashburton by 3pm.
