Ken joined the Ashburton Baptist Church pastoral team in 2005 from Claremont, California where he and his family had resided for 16 years. Ken was ordained by the Baptist Union of Victoria in 1981; following which he focused his calling and passion on the challenges of urban ministry.
Andy first felt called to full-time ministry after serving on a Youth Dimension Coffee Shop in the early 90s. After working for several years at the National Australia Bank, the call to ministry became stronger. He resigned in 2001 and headed overseas for an extended period with his wife Cathie.
Isabel is responsible for young people from grade 6 to year 9. She works as a important link between Tash (Children's Pastor) and Andy (Youth & Young Adults Pastor) assisting young people transition in these often challenging years of change.
Ron was born in Melbourne, and from childhood attended the Balwyn Baptist Church. He spent a year at Black Hill Church in Ballarat as a Student Pastor before starting his initial theological training at Whitley College. He continued his study abroad at Union Theological Seminary in New York.
Peter trained as a Fitter and Turner and a Production Engineer before teaching engineering at Swinburne TAFE College. In the mid 80s he worked as a Youth Minister in Darwin with the Anglicans , and then entered Theological training in Melbourne.

Bruce grew up in the Essendon Baptist Church where his parents were members and where he began his own faith journey.
